A gated and private walled entrance takes you through the lush landscaped tropical gardens to the main, split level, living pavilion. A chef's kitchen is well equipped and comes with an extra cool room and refrigeration for entertainers and gourmands. Up the curved staircase, the elegant mezzanine level leads you to the dining room. An elegant and well-designed dining area overlooks the garden and pool at the back of the house. Port Douglas is a beautifully located spot where you can gaze out to the Coral Sea from the comfort of your own living room.
A further curved staircase leads down to the living area with lounge and state of the art entertainment system. With tropical living in mind, bifold doors open to a large decked pool area properly equipped with sun lounges and bbq. And rest assured, the 15 metre aquamarine saltwater pool of this Port Douglas holiday house has glass fencing, to ensure uninterrupted Coral Sea views.
The second pavilion holds a master suite which is one of the most exclusive in Port Douglas, taking best advantage of the incredible views this holiday house offers, but with all of the modern luxuries including a wet shower ensuite and walk in robe. Downstairs there is a second living area, with enormous wrap around veranda and further entertainment system.
The final pavilion is located towards the front of the property, with three bedrooms, one with ensuite and the other family bathroom includes a traditional roll top bath.
