Calypso Snorkel is a dedicated snorkelling tour departing Port Douglas daily, visiting three spectacular Outer Barrier Reef Sites.

Your Day: 

Travelling daily from Port Douglas to the Outer Great Barrier Reef this is a unique and personalised experience.   This 19m vessel is a twin engine catamaran custom built and only 3 years old and cruises at 24 knots. This is the newest vessel in the Port Douglas marina and caters to apprehensive swimmers and first time snorkellers. 

7:00am - 8.40am:  Transfers commence from accommodation

8.40am:  Boarding

9.00am:  Depart Reef Marina. Guests welcomed, outline of the day announced

10.25am:  Arrive at 1st snorkel site. Snorkel safety brief is offered.  Morning tea served

11.45am:  Move to 2nd site

12.00pm:  Moore at 2nd site. Guided snorkel tours available. Lunch served. Informative Reef Talk provided

1.15pm:  Move to 3rd site

1.30pm:  Moore at 3rd site.  Guided snorkel tours optional.  Afternoon tea provided

3.00pm:  Depart Opal Reef

4.30pm:  Arrive Reef Marina

4.40pm:  Transfers commence back to accommodation
